Sometimes it can take a day or so for your currency to appear in your game. If you still haven't received your purchase after waiting, please submit ticket to us by clicking the "Contact Support" button above. Make sure to include your Support ID so we can help you resolve this issue much quicker.
Here's how you can find your Support ID:

3) Tap on the game you are having issues with
4) Copy / Paste your Support ID to your support ticket for further assistance.
Apple emails your iTunes receipts to the email registered to your iTunes account. Please take a screenshot of the iTunes receipt (unfortunately we cannot accept a copy and paste or a forward) and attach it to your response to this message. Please make sure that we can see the transaction number, the date of purchase and the complete name of the bundle or item. Once we have this information, we can credit your game as quickly as possible.
If you have not received a receipt via email, you can often times find your receipt information in your iTunes purchase history. Here is some helpful information on how to locate your purchase history:
