Here's how you can find your Support ID:

4. Send us the PGID located on this page in your reply.
Outside of Campus Life (ie: if you are unable to load the game):
1. Tap on your device's 'Settings' icon (a grey wheel icon).
2. Scroll down on the first page and tap 'Campus Life'
3. Send us the Support ID located on this page.
