There are a couple reasons your game might be crashing a lot.
Low memory device
If you're playing on an iPad mini, iPad 2 or iPhone 4 and below, or if you're playing on an older model of an Android device, the size of the RAM (random access memory) could be causing your device to crash. When we add new features to our games, this expands the size of the game and makes it harder for these larger games to run.
Internet usage
If you're using your device's data plan instead of wifi, we recommend going onto wifi to make a stronger connection and experience better loading.
How to fix it
- Try zooming in in your game.
- Close any other apps that are running in the background of your app.
- Try deleting any unused apps.
