How do I find my Support ID, or my Android system info?

In-Game Support ID:

1) Go to the "Options" or "Settings" button in your game

2) Go to the "About" section, and you should see your Support ID listed at the very top. Your support ID will be a variation of alphanumeric characters no longer than 10 digits. 

Android System Info (Android & Amazon only)

Go to your app store, install the free app titled "Android System Info" and follow these instructions:

1) Launch the app

2) Tap "System"

3) Tap "OS"

4) That will drop a box with your Android ID#. Please attach that number to your support ticket so that we can look into this issue.
