We've received reports that some Android players are unable to enter their name or enter text into text box fields in the app due to an issue with the on screen keyboard not displaying.
This issue appears to be affecting players with Android devices running Jelly Bean 4.1.
Possible troubleshooting steps include:
- Switching to a different keyboard in Android settings.
- Checking to make sure your Android OS version is up to date. Upgrading to Jelly Bean 4.2, Jelly Bean 4.3, KitKat, Lollipop, or Marshmallow should fix this issue.
- Checking to make sure your Episode App version is up to date.
