This is currently a known issue with certain video advertisements causing Episode to freeze on a blue or black screen. Our testers and developers are investigating this issue and we hope to have it resolved soon.
Please note that this issue is temporary and will likely resolve itself once the affected advertisement expires in your app, which can sometimes take up to a few days. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you notice this issue persisting for longer than a few days, or if you notice this issue is removing passes from your game, please submit a support ticket for further assistance.
